I went and got my RhoGam shot yesterday (Friday). I went to Henry Medical and had to have my blood drawn first. I had to wait 2 hours to get the shot. I was a little frustrated when they said it would take that long, but they explained that if they were somehow wrong about my blood type being negative, that I could die when I received the shot.. 2 hours was definitely worth the wait when they told me that! ;) It wasn't too bad though. I heard that you get sore like you do when you get a tetanus shot, but luckily I didn't have the side effect.
Update from BabyCenter.com: Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now, and he weighs almost 3 pounds. A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds him, but that volume will decrease as he gets bigger and takes up more room in your uterus. His eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after he's born, he'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day. When he does open them, he'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision — which means he can only make out objects a few inches from his face. (Normal adult vision is 20/20.)
